Kate Spade has this magical ability to make you desperately want to transport to 1963 despite the racial tension, sexual politics, and likelihood of you being a housewife.  She makes you want to buy a large sunhat and host a garden party a la some chic Hamptons affair on the tiny balcony of your one-bedroom apartment, where the closest thing to a garden is that potted plant you left out through the winter.

I’ve always been a fan of her A-line dresses, and these don’t disappoint.

Two other trends worth noting: more white and more windowpane.
