A minimalist UK brand that has the aesthetic of Zara (albeit pricier–few brands beat Zara’s look-for-less quality/value) and free shipping to the U.S.? I’m totally down with that. The brand caught my eye with that “feminin” french sweater, which I was able to get my hands on right before it sold out (thanks for the birthday present, Grandma!). The brand’s pieces convey quality, which can be hard to find these days among brands that don’t have sky-high prices. I’m willing to pay more for basics if they don’t look like they’re going to fall apart–or, ya know, actually fall apart. My last name is Staples for a reason. Those Bette Patent Loafers in Plum? And that leather circle skater skirt? Come on. (This is where I insert the A-OK hand emoji). Want more Whistles? The brand is available to purchase from other online retailers. Check out their windowpane silk blouse available on ASOS. (Also pictured above: C’est La Vie Sweat)
