Shop Local Pt. Deux: More L.A. Brands to Love

hello la dtla sign

I’m finding more reasons to love the City of Angels (finally).

The Reformation

This brand is quickly becoming one of my favorite brands overall–a retro appeal manifested in recycled fabrics that feel substantial and hold up after wear.  Their dresses are particularly enticing in that they so deftly mix sexy and adorable, functional and unique, vintage and modern, I want quite literally every single one.

Heidi Merrick

First of all: stripes.  Second of all: stripes.  Classic shapes and tones (the perennial stripped tee, the A-line shirt dress) are updated with tiny modern details like leather trim and cut-out backs.  Hard to resist in these California summers.

Frank & Eileen

The quintessential button-up that is high-quality and long-lasting–in every color and pattern you can imagine.  Established in Ireland, made in America.  ‘Nuff said.

Bella Luxx

Comfy, flattering basics.  Their slouchy tank is the best thing to happen to anyone ever.
